1. Copyright

All artwork and surface pattern designs remain the intellectual property of Anna Maria Sims.

Purchasing a license grants permission to use the design under the selected terms.

Copyright is not transferred.

2. Nature of Licensing

All designs are licensed on a non-exclusive basis by default.

This means designs may be licensed to multiple customers at any time.

Exclusive licensing is available upon request and must be agreed to separately in writing.

3. Non-Exclusive License (12 Months)

This license grants the purchasing business the right to use the design for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

You may:
• Use the design on physical products for sale
• Use the design for marketing and promotional purposes

You may not:
• Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file
• Claim the design as your own
• Register the design as a trademark
• Use the design for NFTs or AI training

This license is intended for use by the purchasing business only and may not be transferred or shared.

Production must cease once the license period has ended unless the license is renewed.

4. Renewal

Licenses may be renewed to continue use beyond the initial 12-month period.

5. Exclusive Licenses

Exclusive licenses are available upon request only.

All exclusive agreements are provided in writing and will outline specifics terms including duration, scope of use, and any limitations.

6. Digital Downloads

All files are delivered digitally.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Liability

Anna Maria Sims is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use or misuse of purchased designs.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

9. Additional Notes

Credit is always appreciated but not required.
